With more than 15 years in specialist recruitment, Jemma has built her career helping organisations secure the right people to drive their success. Having led teams and delivered high-impact hires across business support and HR, she founded Eden Recruitment Group to bring a more personal, values-driven approach to the industry.

Jemma believes recruitment is about long-term relationships, cultural fit, and genuine partnership — not just filling vacancies. Her focus is on truly understanding a client’s business and ambitions, then finding talent that will thrive and stay. Nicola is an experienced recruitment consultant with over 20 years’ expertise in placing office support professionals across legal, finance, and corporate sectors. Having also worked internationally, including time in Sydney, she brings a global perspective and a strong understanding of what makes a successful support hire.
